With over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within operations, compliance, and risk management, I'm excited to join the Affiliated Advisors' Team as the Director of Operations & Compliance.

My career has been deeply intertwined with the world of advisors, starting with managing operations for an OSJ/Branch at AXA Advisors. Later, I took on the role of Compliance Officer/Suitability Review Principal at AIG VALIC and then at Ameriprise Financial. Throughout these roles, I've led numerous impactful projects, from implementing compliant Social Media programs to spearheading initiatives like the Vulnerable Clients Program.

What sets me apart, according to my new colleagues, is my positive attitude, my knack for delving into the core of issues, and my effective communication skills. These qualities have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the financial industry and fostering meaningful connections with advisors and team members alike.

Originally hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, I'm proud to call myself a University of Michigan graduate and an avid college football fan. My journey in education didn't stop there—I went on to earn my MBA from the Keller Graduate School.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my greatest joys are found in spending time with my family. My wife Aliya, our son Cameron (King), and I reside in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Together, we share a passion for travel and exploring the great outdoors.
